These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by SmartShiftAI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, subscribing to our Roofing Lead Accelerator program, or using any of our tools or communications, you agree to these terms.
SmartShiftAI provides a marketing automation service specifically designed for roofing companies. Our goal is to deliver qualified leads and booked appointments using a combination of targeted advertising, AI-powered voice/text follow-ups, and automated scheduling systems.
When you enroll in our Roofing Lead Accelerator Program, you get access to the following:
You may choose a 3, 6, or 12-month program. Most clients remain with us for 6–12+ months due to consistent performance and hands-on optimization.

Discounted pricing for 6- and 12-month commitments
All fees must be paid before service is delivered. A one-time setup fee is required upon enrollment. If payments are not completed or are delayed, SmartShiftAI may pause all services and revoke access to dashboards, systems, or campaign assets until payment is resolved.
We offer a Conditional Guarantee:
If you do not receive at least 10 qualified roofing leads within your first 90 days of active campaigns, you will not be billed for your next month.

If these requirements are not met, SmartShiftAI reserves the right to void the guarantee. No refunds will be issued outside of this guarantee.

All campaigns, scripts, automations, ad creatives, and platform assets built by SmartShiftAI remain the company’s intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
SmartShiftAI is not liable for lost revenue, downtime, or indirect damages. We make no guarantee of a specific income result or number of closed jobs, aside from any performance-based guarantees explicitly stated in writing.
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version of the Terms.
